At school and at work, I generally start working on projects for about an hour immediately after receiving them. Then I put them down to sit in the back of my head over the next several days, while I digest and play around with possibilities.
When I am not working, I take my camera to document just how diverse and beautiful our planet is. I have come to realize that "Designing a thing is not enough". I like to get into the nitty-gritty details of the research behind the design choices. I turned down my internship offer this term because I was accepted into a sponsored Snapchat Augmented Reality class to explore storytelling. The reason I left the workforce for ArtCenter was I realized the vast unexplored territory of interactions in Mixed Reality spaces. I am excited to explore this opportunity to develop new, more universally usable interfaces with this technology.
I am now looking for internship opportunities in the Mixed Reality/UX research space for Summer 2020: April - September.
This is a picture of my brother and me. I am assuming that our parents just told us that Santa Claus did not exist. Everyone knows that the army of elves deliver gifts.
